Garlic Pak Choi

 

This weeks recipe is;               GARLIC PAK CHOI

 

1 tbsp vegetable oil

2 cloves garlic, crushed

2 small pak choi, trimmed and cut into bite size pieces

1 pinch salt to taste

Heat the oil in a large frying pan over a medium heat, cook the garlic until fragrant, mix in the pak choi, cook and stir until the green parts of the leaves turn bright green, about 5 – 8 minutes, sprinkle with a little salt and serve.
