Pasta with Kale, Garlic and Chilli
We are harvesting Kale this week its young an tender and very taste, it is one of the super foods and packed full of vitamin A, K and C this healthy quick meal uses only 5 ingredients and is ready in 5 minutes.
150g chopped curly kale
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 sliced red chilli
1. Cook the pasta following packet instructions, place the kale in a colander and pour over a kettle full of water, leave to drain.
2. Heat 3 tsbp olive oil in a pan, add the garlic and chilli and cook gently for 3 minutes without browning.
3. Add the kale and cook for about 3 – 4 minutes until tender.
4. Drain the pasta and add to the pan with 2 tbsp of the cooking water, toss everything together and serve.
